Applying the Scroll To Fixed behaviour to an element will cause the element to behave as a normal element until it reaches the set distance from the top of the page, after which it will act as if it has a fixed position (not affected by page scrolling).
To apply this behaviour:
1. Click the element that you want to apply the behaviour to.
2. Click the Add Behaviour button in the element's settings panel
3. Select the Scroll To Fixed option
4. Set the desired distance from the top of the page.
