This "How to" will guide you through the process of adding a pre-saved user template form (Which you saved as a form template) to your website.
How to save a form as a custom template?
1) Click the Add button located on the left hand side of the main toolbar
2) Click Form, and then, Webzai forms
3) Choose the desired form style
4) Select User Templates from the add gallery menu
5) Select the desired form template and click Finish.

6) All changes to your website will take effect only after publishing your website.
7) We also recommend saving your website after making changes.
