You can add any element on the page that your are working to that page's master template instantly.
To do this:

1. Select the element that you want to duplicate to all pages (in this example we will use the logo in the centre of the page)



2. Click the ' Show On All Pages' icon at the top of the settings panel and then the 'Show On All Pages' button in the message box that appears. 


The icon is now blue, indicating that the selected element is part of the master template. It is best to check how the element appears on all the pages using that master template.
