1) Select the element that you want to move in front or behind overlapping elements
2) To bring the element one step to the front of overlapping elements click Bring Forward on the control box above the element
3) To send the element one step to the back of overlapping elements click Send Backward on the control box above the element
Additionally: To send an element directly to the front back of a group of elements, right click on the element and click on either To Front or To Back
