To start making your website repsonsive you first need to enable its responsive layout.
To do this:
1. Click the Layout tab in the main toolbar.
2. Click the Enable Responsive Layout button.
3. As you can now see the viewport bar will appear letting you design the way the page will appear when accessed by screens of that size.
